In order to go to the map of Arboren, we must talk to Claire Tremier, located at the entrance of San Commerci.
She will ask us to fulfill some requirements:

Next, we look for and talk to Vicky, where she will welcome us and ask for our help to eradicate some Kobold's that invaded the entrance of Arboren.
Once you’ve killed 9999 monster’s, go back to vicky and turn in the quest. She will tell you to head over to Stump Town and speak to Papa Tom.
Papa Tom will ask you to look for Old Man Otis in Canopy Town. He will then ask you to go north of town and kill wolves.
Return to Old Man Otis and pick up the next quest. He wants you to kill more wolves but this time south of the camp.
Once the mission is completed, talk to Old Man Otis, he will ask you to return to to Stump Town and speak to Papa Tom.
He will tell you to kill kobolds in the forest.
Go back to Papa Tom and turn in the quest then continue to Dark Forest Road 2. Speak to Grandma Tom and kill Kobold Slicer.
Deliver and talk to Grandma Tom, he will ask you that you go to to to Creepy Forest Path 2 and speak to Papa Tom.
He will tell you to kill Kobold Poker.
Once you’ve killed 9999 monster’s, speak to Papa Tom and turn in the quest. It will then tell you to go to to Gloomy Forest Path and speak to Bluffing Tom.
He will ask you to kill 2 types of Kobolds.
Your final destination of the kill quest will end up in Kobold Prison where you must find Mama Tom and secretly talk to her to complete the Arboren missions.
