You can level up anywhere, with the best being higher level mobs that you can kill efficiently.
Remember that your skills will level up with use, which you can see with @skill, so don't feel the need to max out your skills with all your points.

- Leveling 121 to 200:
In these 3 zones, besides gaining experience, you will be able to collect ETC objects to create the key that you will use to face the Pink Bean boss later on.
Zones of Temple of Time
Ellin Forest - Boulder Mountain Entrance
This area is a good option to get Monster Park Coins, which will be very helpful later on.
